Болезнь Стилла взрослых у беременной, осложненная синдромом активации макрофагов
Аннотация
Болезнь Стилла взрослых – редкое полигенное аутовоспалительное заболевание. Классические клинические проявления включают лихорадку, артрит и кожные высыпания. В предшествующее десятилетие уточнены некоторые патофизиологические механизмы заболевания, предложены чувствительные и специфичные диагностические критерии. В то же время диагноз болезни Стилла взрослых остается диагнозом исключения. А течение заболевания может быть как относительно благоприятным, так и инвалидизирующим. Лечение болезни Стилла взрослых на современном этапе базируется на применении глюкокортикоидов, иммуносупрессивной терапии и моноклональных антител.
