Настороженность по поводу этого сложного патологического состояния у врачей первичного звена низкая. Наиболее часто с клинической картиной рабдомиолиза сталкиваются травматологи-ортопеды и реаниматологи, однако при углубленном анализе данных литературы по этиопатогенезу этого процесса определяется весьма широкий спектр специальностей, для которых знания по клинической картине развития рабдомиолиза и особенностям терапии и профилактике являются необходимыми для работы с этим специфическим контингентом пациентов. В конце 2021 года состоялся клинический консенсус комитета по интенсивной терапии American Association for the Surgery of Trauma (AAST), по результатам которого были сформулированы рекомендации по ведению пациентов с рабдомиолизом. В документе рассмотрены и скомпилированы знания по причинам распада мышечных волокон, особенностям диагностики, лечения, а также исходам острого рабдомиолиза у пациентов в критическом состоянии.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Rhabdomyolysis is a condition characterized by the primary (mechanical) or the secondary (metabolic) damage to skeletal muscles, resulting in cell death and massive release of potentially toxic substances into the general circulation. Alertness to this complex pathological condition is very low among primary care physicians. Most often, traumatologists-orthopedists and resuscitators deal with the clinical picture of rhabdomyolysis. However, an in-depth analysis of literature data on the etiopathogenesis of this process implies a wide range of specialties, who need knowledge of the clinical picture of the development of rhabdomyolysis as well as of therapeutic specifics and prevention to manage this specific contingent patient. At the end of 2021, the clinical consensus of the intensive care committee of the American Association for the Surgery of Trauma (AAST) took place, which resulted in the formulation of recommendations for the management of patients with rhabdomyolysis.
