С момента внедрения в 2000 году Бонхоффером методики в клиническую практику тысячи таких вмешательств выполнены в мире. На данный момент в Республике Беларусь используются клапаны двух типов: клапан Melody TPVMedtronic и клапаны Edwards Sapien. Процедура ТИКЛА является безопасной и эффективной у большинства пациентов с дисфункцией легочных кондуитов и у части пациентов после трансаннулярной пластики ВОПЖ. Низкая частота осложнений и снижение числа повторных хирургических вмешательств в течение жизни пациента являются основными преимуществами данной методики. В данном обзоре представлен анализ литературы и обобщен опыт и результаты ТИКЛА у 24 пациентов в РНПЦ детской хирургии.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Transcatheter pulmonary valve implantation (TPVI) is a relatively new method of treating patients with right ventricular outflow tract (RVOT) dysfunction after surgical treatment of congenital heart defects. Since its introduction in 2000 by Bonhoeffer, more than ten thousand of such procedures have been performed worldwide. Currently two types of valves are available in the Republic of Belarus: Melody TPVMedtronic and Edwards Sapien. TPVI is safe and effective in the majority of patients with RVOT dysfunction and in some selected patients with patched RVOT. The low complication rate and the reduced number of open-chest re-interventions over a patient’s lifetime are among the main advantages of the procedure.
