Изучить структурно-функциональное состояние белков в мембранах эритроцитов пациентов с артериальной гипертензией без поражения головного мозга, пациентов с артериальной гипертензией и бессимптомным поражением головного мозга, пациентов, перенесших острое нарушение мозгового кровообращения.Методы. В исследование включено 47 пациентов с диагнозом артериальная гипертензия (АГ). Группы исследования формировались на основании выявленных изменений головного мозга (ГМ) при проведении магнитно-резонансной томографии.Были выделены следующие группы:1-пациенты с артериальной гипертензией без поражения головного мозга (ПГМ)2-пациенты с артериальной гипертензией и бессимптомным поражением головного мозга (БПГМ)3-пациенты с перенесенным остром нарушением мозгового крово- обращения (ОНМК)Результаты. При проведении сравнительного анализа нарушений структурно-функционального состояния белков в мембранах эритроцитов у пациентов с АГ без ПГМ, у пациентов с АГ и БПГМ, визуализированным при проведении МРТ и пациентов, перенесших ОНМК получены следующие данные:1.В группах пациентов с АГ и БПГМ, и пациентов с перенесенным ОНМК значение максимальной скорости реакции (Vмакс) достоверно ниже, чем в группе пациентов с АГ без ПГМ.2. Повышение константы Михаэлиса (КМ) отмечено в группах пациентов с АГ без ПГМ и с БПГМ по сравнению с группой пациентов с перенесенным ОНМК.Заключение. У пациентов с артериальной гипертензией нарушается структурно-функциональное состояние белков в мембранах эритроцитов в зависимости от тяжести поражении головного мозга.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Objective. To study the structural and functional state of proteins in erythrocyte membranes of AH patients with asymptomatic brain lesions (ABL) and AH patients without brain lesions who suffered from cerebrovascular accident (CVA).Methods. The study included 47 patients diagnosed with AH. The study groups were formed based on the detected neuroimaging changes in the brain and analysis of the structural and functional state of proteins in the membranes of erythrocytes in patients with AH.The following groups were identified:1-рatients with AH without BL2-patients with AH and ABL3-patients with previous cerebrovascular accidentResults. A comparative analysis of abnormalities of structural and functional state of proteins in erythrocyte membranes in patients with AH without brain lesions, in patients with AH with asymptomatic brain lesions visualized by MRI, and patients who suffered from cerebrovascular accident showed the following:1. In patients with AH with asymptomatic brain lesions, and in those suffered from cerebrovascular accident, the value of the maximum reaction rate (Vmax) of AChE in erythrocyte membranes was significantly reduced in comparison with the values of this parameter in patients with AH without brain lesions (Figure 1).2. The value of Michaelis constant (MC) for AChE in isolated erythrocyte membranes of patients with AH without brain lesions and with asymptomatic brain lesions is increased compared with the group of patients with a history of cerebrovascular accident (Figure 2).Conclusion.
