Показано, что к 6 месяцу после интервенционного вмешательства на фоне улучшения функции митрального клапана наблюдался регресс ремоделирования левых камер сердца, а также положительная динамика фракции выброса правого желудочка и давления в легочной артерии. Достигнутый эффект улучшения внутрисердечной гемодинамики сохранялся к 12 месяцу после клипирования митрального клапана. После 12 месяцев выявлены признаки ремоделирования левого желудочка без значимых изменений клапанных характеристик и параметров левого предсердия. В периоды первых 6 месяцев и 6–12 месяцев после установки MitraClip увеличивалась пройденная дистанция в тесте 6-минутной ходьбы и пиковое потребление кислорода с сохранением высоких значений данных показателей к 24 месяцу наблюдения.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents the outcomes of treatment of patients with cardiomyopathy and pronounced functional mitral insufficiency 6, 12 and 24 months after MitraClip device implantation. We observed that 6 months after the intervention, there was regression of left heart chamber remodeling, as well as positive dynamics of right ventricular ejection fraction and pulmonary artery pressure against the background of mitral valve improvement. The achieved effect of improved intracardiac hemodynamics persisted in 12 months after mitral valve clipping. After 12 months, there were signs of left ventricular remodeling without significant changes in valve characteristics and left atrial parameters.
