Обсуждены вопросы диагностики и лечения синдрома предвозбуждения желудочков, обусловленного трактом Махайма, и возможности современного метода физиологической электрокардиостимуляции – стимуляции области левой ножки пучка Гиса.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>   The article presents a clinical case of heart conduction system pacing (left branch of bundle (LBB)area) after radiofrequency ablation (RFA) of an accessory pathway with rare localization and features (Maheim tract) in a patient with atrioventricular block (AV-block) and arrhythmogenic cardiomyopathy.
