В рамках обзора рассматриваются наиболее крупные зарубежные и российские регистры инфаркта миокарда и острого нарушения мозгового кровообращения. Приводятся основные характеристики и анализ полученных результатов исследований. Обсуждается актуальность разработки на территории Республики Беларусь регистра пациентов, перенесших инфаркт миокарда и острое нарушение мозгового кровообращения, включающего информацию о клинико-эпидемиологической характеристике пациентов, факторах риска, исходах, лечении, рекомендациях при выписке, проводимом медицинском наблюдении. Внедрение подобного регистра в Республике Беларусь позволит определить реальную картину качества медицинского наблюдения пациентов с данной патологией за длительный период времени и предложить комплекс мер, направленный на его совершенствование. Введение в медицинскую практику регистров инфаркта миокарда и острого нарушения мозгового кровообращения будет способствовать рациональному планированию и оптимизации расходов республиканского и местного бюджета на здравоохранение.

The review examines the largest foreign and Russian registries of myocardial infarction and acute cerebrovascular accidents. The main characteristics and analysis of the obtained research data are given. The relevance of developing a registry of patients with myocardial infarction and acute cerebrovascular accident on the territory of the Republic of Belarus, including the data on the clinical and epidemiological characteristics of patients, risk factors, outcomes, treatment, discharge recommendations, and medical supervision, is discussed. Introduction of such a registry in the Republic of Belarus will allow us to evaluate the real picture of patients with such kinds of pathology follow-up quality assessment over a long period of time and offer a set of measures aimed at its improvement. Introduction of registries of myocardial infarction and acute cerebrovascular accidents into medical practice will contribute to the rational planning and optimization of republican and local budget expenditures on healthcare.
