Наряду с типичными гастроэнтерологическими проявлениями всё большее внимание исследователей привлекают потенциальные внепищеводные эффекты гастроэзофагеальной рефлюксной болезни, в частности её возможное влияние на сердечно-сосудистую систему. Цель настоящего систематического обзора – проанализировать и обобщить данные оригинальных исследований о влиянии гастроэзофагеальной рефлюксной болезни на показатели артериального давления и сердечно-сосудистый риск у взрослых пациентов.</p><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. Систематический обзор выполнен в соответствии с рекомендациями PRISMA 2020. Поиск литературы проводился в базах данных PubMed, Google Scholar и eLibrary за период с 2015 по 2025 год. Критерии включения: оригинальные исследования, выполненные на взрослой популяции, в которых анализировалась связь гастроэзофагеальной рефлюксной болезни с артериальной гипертензией и клинически значимыми сердечно-сосудистыми событиями. В окончательный анализ вошли 15 публикаций.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Анализ показал устойчивую ассоциацию между гастроэзофагеальной рефлюксной болезнью и повышенным риском развития артериальной гипертензии (ОШ= 1,43–1,52). Данные менделевской рандомизации подтвердили причинно-следственный характер этой связи. Гастроэзофагеальная рефлюксная болезнь также ассоциировалась с повышенным риском острого инфаркта миокарда (ОР = 1,48–1,70), ишемической болезни сердца и фибрилляции предсердий. Антисекреторная терапия и хирургическое лечение гастроэзофагеальной рефлюксной болезни способствовали улучшению контроля артериального давления.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Полученные данные свидетельствуют о клинической значимости ассоциации гастроэзофагеальной рефлюксной болезни с артериальной гипертензией и сердечно-сосудистыми событиями. Эффективная коррекция рефлюкса может способствовать улучшению контроля артериального давления и снижению сердечно-сосудистого риска.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Gastroesophageal reflux disease is one of the most prevalent gastrointestinal disorders. Beyond typical gastrointestinal manifestations, increasing attention is being paid to the potential extraesophageal effects of gastroesophageal reflux disease, particularly its possible impact on the cardiovascular system. The aim of this systematic review was to analyze and summarize data from original studies on the effect of gastroesophageal reflux disease on blood pressure parameters and cardiovascular risk in adult patients.</p><sec><title>Materials and Methods</title><p>Materials and Methods. This systematic review was conducted in accordance with the PRISMA 2020 guidelines. A literature search was performed in PubMed, Google Scholar, and eLibrary databases for the period from 2015 to 2025. Inclusion criteria comprised original studies (cohort, cross-sectional, case-control) conducted in adult populations that analyzed the association between gastroesophageal reflux disease and arterial hypertension or clinically significant cardiovascular events. A total of 15 studies were included in the final analysis.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The analysis demonstrated a consistent association between gastroesophageal reflux disease and an increased risk of arterial hypertension (OR = 1.43–1.52). Mendelian randomization data confirmed the causal nature of this relationship. Gastroesophageal reflux disease was also associated with an increased risk of acute myocardial infarction (HR = 1.48–1.70), coronary artery disease, and atrial fibrillation. Antisecretory therapy and surgical treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease contributed to improved blood pressure control.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. The findings indicate the clinical significance of the association between gastroesophageal reflux and arterial hypertension as well as cardiovascular events.
