Несмотря на достижения современной медицины в области диагностики и лечения ОКС, прогнозирование неблагоприятных исходов у данной категории пациентов остается актуальной задачей. Статья представляет собой обзор исследований современных предикторов неблагоприятных сердечно-сосудистых событий у пациентов с ИМбпST.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (NSTEMI) is one of the most common forms of acute coronary syndrome (ACS), characterized by a high risk of cardiovascular events and increased mortality. Despite the achievements of modern medicine in the field of diagnostics and treatment of ACS, predicting adverse outcomes in this category of patients remains an urgent task.
