Транскатетерная имплантация «клапан-в-клапан» и «клапан-в-кольцо» стала распространенным подходом для пациентов с несостоятельными биопротезами клапанов или дисфункциональными кольцами аннулопластики. Мы представляем случай чрескожной имплантации клапана Melody в нативный, не реконструированный ранее трехстворчатый клапан. Ключевой особенностью данного случая было наличие механического протеза клапана в митральной позиции, жесткое опорное кольцо которого обеспечило поддержку фиброзного кольца во время имплантации эндоваскулярного клапана в трехстворчатую позицию, способствуя стабильному позиционированию устройства.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Surgical valvuloplasty is not always possible in pediatric patients. Transcatheter “valve-in-valve” and “valve-in-ring” implantations have become common approaches for patients with failed biopros- thetic valves or dysfunctional annuloplasty rings. We present a case of percutaneous Melody valve implantation into a native, previously unreconstructed tricuspid valve.
