Риск появления нарушений проводимости у больных анкилозирующим спондилитом и псориатическим артритом превышает аналогичный риск у здоровых лиц в одногодичной, четырех- и десятилетней перспективе. Риск появления нарушений ритма повышен относительно здоровых лиц и больных анкилозирующим спондилитом у больных псориатическим артритом и ассоциируется с наличием артериальной гипертензии и случаями сердечно-сосудистой смерти.

The risk of conduction disorders in patients with ankylosing spondylitis and psoriatic arthritis exceeds a similar risk of healthy individuals in one-, four- and ten-year perspective. The risk of rhythm disturbancesin patients with psoriatic arthritis is increased compared to healthy controls and patients with ankylosing spondylitis and is associated with the presence of arterial hypertension and cardiovascular mortality.
