Болезненность/припухлость в суставах выявлена у 15 пациентов (30,6%). Позитивными по АЦЦП или АЦВ были 20 лиц (40,8%): повышенный уровень АЦЦП был определен у 5 человек (10,2%), АЦВ - у 19 обследуемых (38,8%); АЦЦП и АЦВ у 4 родственников (8,2%); СРБ - у 1 пациента (4,1%), РФ был отрицательным у всех обследуемых. В 55,0% случаев (n=11) позитивность по какому-либо иммунологическому маркеру сопровождалась наличием суставного синдрома и в 45,0% случаев (n=9) носила бессимптомный характер. МРТ позволило выявить наличие изменений в 20,4% случаев (n=10). Их них: эрозии были обнаружены у 8 из 15 пациентов с суставным синдромом (53,3%); наличие синовита - у 9 пациентов (60,0%), признаки внутрикостного отека в 26,6% случаев (n=4).</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Pain in the joints was noted in 13 (26,5%) subjects; morning stiffness up to more than 30 minutes for 1 subject (2,0%). Tenderness and swelling in the joints were detected in 15 patients (30,6%). 20 subjects (40,8%) were positive for ACCP or MCV: increased level of ACCP was determined in 5 people (10,2%), MCV - in 19 subjects (38,8%); ACCP and MCV in 4 relatives (8,2%); CRP - in 1 patient (4.,1%), RF was negative for all subjects. In 55% of cases (n=11) a positivite immunological marker was accompanied by the presence of an articular syndrome and in 45% of cases (n=9) it was asymptomatic. MRI revealed the presence of changes in 20,4% of cases (n=10).
