Средний уровень каспазы-8 был достоверно выше в группе пациентов с МС (р<0,05). Выявлена положительная корреляционная связь между уровнем каспазы-8 и эхокардиографическими признаками атеросклероза аорты, наличием сахарного диабета 2 типа, толщиной эпикардиального жира, наличием гастроэзофагеальной рефлюксной болезни, повышением активности сывороточных трансаминаз, ультразвуковыми признаками стеатоза печени и поджелудочной железы.

The average level of caspase-8 was significantly higher in the group of patients with MS (p<0.05). There was a positive correlation between the level of caspase-8 and ECHO features of atherosclerosis of the aorta, the presence of diabetes mellitus type 2, thick epicardial fat, the presence of gastroesophageal reflux disease, increased activity of serum transaminases, steatosis of the liver and pancreas.
