Для разработанной модифицированной модели MELD, учитывающей данные факторы риска, коэффициент конкордантности составил 0,82, что свидетельствует о хорошей прогностической точности разработанной модели.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>For increasing the prognostic accuracy of the MELD scale in the assess¬ment of posttransplantation mortality it is essential to combine its application with the assessment of such risk factors as the presence of paroxysms of ventricular tachycardia and diastolic dysfunction of the right ventricle.
