В данном обзоре обсуждаются эпидемиологические данные, свидетельствующие о существовании влиянии этих факторов на метаболические нарушения и сердечно-сосудистую заболеваемость и смертность. Рассматривается вопрос совместного и независимого воздействия транспортного шума и загрязнения воздуха на здоровье человека, а также обсуждаются возможные способы снижения воздействия этих факторов окружающей среды. Повышение осведомленности общества и профильных специалистов о негативных эффектах транспортного шума и загрязнения воздуха на здоровье, их признание стандартными факторами риска поможет в разработке эффективной правовой базы для снижения уровней транспортного шума и загрязнения воздуха и их негативного влияния на здоровье людей.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In a modern developing society, there are two most important environmental risk factors: transportation noise and air pollution. In this review, we evaluated and discussed epidemiological evidence of the effect of these factors on metabolic disorders and cardiovascular morbidity and mortality. We consider the issue of mutual and independent impact of transportation noise and air pollution on human health as well as possible ways of reducing the impact of these environmental factors.
