Стратификация риска пациентов кардиохирургического профиля с хронической сердечной недостаточностью может быть уточнена с применением биомаркеров различных патофизиологических процессов. Цель: определение периоперационной динамики, закономерности и выявление прогностической ценности новых кардиальных биомаркеров (миокардиального ремоделирования ,миокардиального стресса, миокардиального повреждения и воспаления) у пациентов со сниженной сократительной способностью миокарда.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Background: Novel biomarkers now exist to potentially improve preoperative stratification models.
