Актуальность. Стратификация риска пациентов кардиохирургического профиля с хронической сердечной недостаточностью может быть уточнена с применением биомаркеров различных патофизиологических процессов. Цель: определение периоперационной динамики, закономерности и выявление прогностической ценности новых кардиальных биомаркеров (миокардиального ремоделирования ,миокардиального стресса, миокардиального повреждения и воспаления) у пациентов со сниженной сократительной способностью миокарда.

Background: Novel biomarkers now exist to potentially improve preoperative stratification models. We aimed to assess the expression and significance of novel bio markers perioperatively in open heart surgery in patients with low ejection fraction (EF).
