Целью исследования стало изучение состояния первичного гемостаза у детей с артериальной гипертензией (АГ) и оценка влияния на него ожирения, отягощенной наследственности по атеросклерозу. Исследование первичного звена гемостаза включало оценку количественного содержания тромбоцитов у 146 детей с АГ. У 49 обследованных детей АГ сочеталась с ожирением, у 53 - с отягощенной наследственностью по атеросклерозу и 44 ребенка имели АГ без сопутствующей патологии. Отклонения первичного гемостаза у детей с АГ в целом характеризовались увеличением степени и скорости процесса агрегации при различных концентрациях агреганта, но более выраженных при малых концентрациях раствора АДФ (0,5мкмоль/л); повышением адгезивного потенциала тромбоцитов. Ожирение способствовало максимальному росту адгезивно-агрегационного потенциала тромбоцитов у детей с АГ. Наличие отягощенной наследственности по атеросклерозу у детей с АГ способствовало более выраженному увеличению агрегационных и адгезионных свойств тромбоцитов, вызванному дислипидемией, наследственной предрасположенностью.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The purpose of the study was to study the state of primary hemostasis in children with arterial hypertension (AH) and assess the effect on obesity, weighed heredity of atherosclerosis. The study of primary hemostasis was performed by studying the number and function of platelets among 146 children with hypertension. Of these, 49 children had concomitant obesity, 53 children had hereditary atherosclerosis and 44 children had AH without concomitant pathology. Children with AH have an increase of the aggregation process at more pronounced at low concentrations of the ADP solution (0.5 mmol / L) and enhancing the adhesive properties of the platelets themselves. Obesity promotes maximum growth of adhesive-aggregation potential of platelets in children with AH.
