Цель: на основании изучения клинических характеристик, лабораторных маркеров дисфункции и повреждения правого желудочка, результатов и нструментальных методов исследования пациентов с тромбоэмболией легочной артерии (ТЭЛА) определить особенности течения заболевания при наличии синдрома хронической сердечной недостаточности (ХСН).

Aim: to determine characteristic features of the disease in the presence of heart failure syndrome (HF) based on the study of clinical findings, laboratory markers of dysfunction and damage to the right ventricle and the results of instrumental methods of examination of patients with pulmonary embolism (PE).
