Цель. Оценить ближайшие и отдаленные результаты пилотного в Беларуси опыта применения окклюдера Watchman у пациентов с неклапанной фибрилляцией предсердий с целью профилактики острого нарушения мозгового кровообращения.

The aim of the study was to investigate the immediate and follow up results of the first Belarus experience of transcatheter left atrial appendage occlusion with the Watchman device in patients with nonvalvular atrial fibrillation.
