Факторами, ведущими к ее развитию, могут являться развитие тромбоза в системе воротной вены, окклюзия, вследствие панкреатита, опухоли поджелудочной железы, другие причины. Острое кровотечение из варикозно расширенных вен пищевода и желудка (ВРВПЖ) является грозным осложнением портальной гипертензии независимо от ее этиологии. Тактика лечения и профилактики кровотечений из ВРВПЖ у пациентов с «нецирротическим неопухолевым тромбозом воротной вены» (ННТВВ) в целом соответствует такой же, как и для внутрипеченочной портальной гипертензии на фоне цирроза печени с некоторыми дополнениями. Цель. Представление результатов клинического наблюдения выполнения открытой операции Хассаб (эзофагогастральная деваскуляризация безтранссекции пищевода + спленэктомия) у пациента с тромбозом воротной вены, осложненным портальной гипертензией и ВРВПЖ, а также краткий литературный экскурс по данному вопросу.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Abstract. Non-cirrhotic causes of the development of portal hypertension make upabout 10%. The factors leading to its development are the development of thrombosis in the portal vein system, occlusion due to pancreatitis, pancreatic tumors, and other causes. Acute bleeding from esophageal varices is a formidable complication of portal hypertension, regardless of its etiology. The tactics of treatment and prevention of bleeding from esophageal varices in patients with portal vein thrombosis generally corresponds to that for intrahepatic portal hypertension in liver cirrhosis with some additions. Aim.
