Наличие серологических маркеров вирусных инфекций (противовирусных IgM) выявлено у 42,1% пациентов, генетический материал возбудителей (РНК/ДНК) в сыворотке крови – у 16,0% пациентов, в тканях сердца – у 75,0% обследованных. Среди выявленных в биологическом материале вирусных патогенов доминировали аденовирусы, парвовирус В 19 и вирус герпеса человека 6 типа. По данным серодиагностики наиболее часто в сыворотках крови обнаруживались IgM к энтеровирусам</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article describes the algorithm of virological examination of patients with clinically suspected viral myocarditis and presents the results of its use in a group of 49 patients with respect to 12 causative agents of viral infections - cytomegalovirus, Epstein-Barr virus, varicella-zoster virus, human herpes virus type 6, herpes viruses types 1 and 2, enteroviruses, parvovirus B 19, hepatitis C virus, influenza A and B viruses, rhinoviruses and adenoviruses. The presence of serological markers of viral infections (antiviral IgM) was detected in 42.1% of patients, the genetic material of pathogens (RNA / DNA) in the blood serum in 16.0% of patients, in heart tissues – in 75.0%. Among the viral pathogens revealed in the biological material, adenoviruses, parvovirus B 19, and human herpes virus type 6 dominated.
