В статье рассматриваются лабораторные особенности функционального состояния эндотелия сосудов у лиц трудоспособного возраста с тяжелой и умеренно-тяжелой степенью синдрома обструктивного апноэ сна (СОАС) на основании определения у них уровня биохимических маркеров дисфункции эндотелия.
