В статье приводятся современные представления о влиянии этанола, кокаина и кокаэтилена на сердечно-сосудистую систему, возможности определения и оценки риска кардиоваскулярных событий. Прогнозирование риска вероятных кардиоваскулярных осложнений имеет стратегическое значение для системы профилактических мероприятий и тактики ведения больных.

The article describes modern concepts of influence of ethanol, cocaine and ascaethylene on the cardiovascular system, possibilities of identification and risk assessment of cardiovascular events. Prognosing the risk of probable cardiovascular complications has a strategic importance for the system of preventive measures and tactics of patient management.
