Инфекционный эндокардит – трудно диагностируемое заболевание, которое имеет гетерогенную клиническую картину и требует мультидисциплинарного подхода для диагностики и лечения. В статье рассмотрен клинический случай левостороннего инфекционного эндокардита у молодой пациентки, дебютом которого выступил инфаркт головного мозга.

Infective endocarditis is a difficult-to-diagnose disease that has a heterogeneous clinical picture and requires a multidisciplinary approach to the diagnosis and management. The article considers a clinical case of left-sided infective endocarditis in a young patient, the debut of which was a cerebral infarction.
